Area Information - HCMC

 

We would like to introduce each ward of Ho Chi Minh City so that you can refer to it when choosing your residence.

District 1

District 1 is the central district of Ho Chi Minh City. With many department stores, supermarkets and restaurants, it is one of the most convenient areas to live in Ho Chi Minh City. There are also Japanese and foreign clinics and dentists, which is convenient in case of emergency. “Le Thanh Ton Street”, which is said to be a Japanese town, is also located in the 1st ward.

District 2

District 2 is an area about 20 minutes by car from the center of Ho Chi Minh City.There are many international schools, and there are many Western residents. Recently, the number of Japanese residents has increased. There are many fashionable restaurants and shops.

District 3

District 3 is located in the center of Ho Chi Minh City and is as convenient as District 1.   District 3 is about  5~10 minutes by car from the center of Ho Chi Minh City and is more convenient than District 1 depending on the location.

The rent is a little cheaper than the 1st ward. The Consul General of Japan also moved to the 3rd ward in 2012.

District 4

District 4 is next to the District 1 and is relatively close to the center of Ho Chi Minh, but it is not a very good area because it used to be a mafia hangout. However, recently, the image has been improved more than before.District 4 is close to the center of Ho Chi Minh City and there are some Japanese residents as people can rent apartments cheaply.

District 7

District 7 is an area about 30 minutes by car from the center of Ho Chi Minh City. And there is a high-class new residential area called PHU MY HUNG. There is a lot of nature, the sidewalk is wide and it is easy to live. There are also Japanese schools and international schools.

Major properties: OAKWOOD,CRESSENT RESIDENCE,WATER FRONT,RICHLANE, SCENIC VALLEY,GREEN VALEY,MIDTOWN,RIVER PARK, RIVER PARK PREMIER….

District Binh Thanh

Binh Thanh District is an area about 5 minutes by the car from the center of Ho Chi Minh City. The popular apartment VINHOMES CENTRAL PARK & Sunwah Pearl is about 5 minutes by car from Le Thanh Ton Street,where the Japanese town is located. Binh Thanh District is a popular area these days because it is cheaper and you can rent a beautiful apartment compared to District 1. The second Japanese town, Pham Viet Chanh Street, is also located in Binh Thanh District.
