Start searching for properties
Search for properties on the free Dragon Housing web site. Or fill out the request form to find your property.
If you have a property that you are interested in on this website, please contact us by phone or by using the inquiry form (email).
Alternatively, please use the property search (request form) to let us know your desired conditions such as budget, floor plan, and area.
Experienced staff will introduce you to a room that suits your needs. Please feel free to contact us in Japanese.

Visit to the property
If there is a property you are interested in, let’s actually tour the room
You don’t have to speak Vietnamese! Japanese staff will guide you. We will pick you up at a designated hotel etc. by a property guide car.
By actually visiting the room, you can check details such as lighting and the surrounding environment. If you have any questions, please ask at that time!

Property decision (payment of security deposit if necessary)
Property application procedure
Once you have decided on the property you want to contract, proceed with the contract procedure.
The required documents vary depending on the property, but in general, in the case of a personal contract, it will be a page copy of the face photo of the passport.
If you have a corporate contract, you will be asked for a copy of your company information and a resident’s passport photo page.
Also, for the time being, you may have to pay hundreds of dollars to a month’s rent to hold the property.
This security deposit will be part of the security deposit or rent at a later date.

Contracts and payments
Sign the rental agreement and pay the rent and security deposit
We will send you a lease agreement, so please check the contents, sign it if there is no problem, and return it.
Please let us know if you would like to install a Japanese TV or washlet.

Move in
Start a new life

Dragon Housing not only helps you introduce properties and contracts, but also provides free support from moving in to moving out.
The owner will take care of problems such as air conditioning and the Internet, but if we cannot solve the problem, we will support you and solve the problem.

Contract renewal
Contract renewal and its procedure
The deadline for notification of renewal or move-out is usually 30 or 60 days before the contract expiration date.
If you wish to continue your stay, we or the person in charge of the property will inform you of the contract conditions for the next fiscal year.

Move out
Timing of cancellation offer and procedure
The move-out notice is generally 30 to 60 days before the contract expiration date. Please note that if the move-out notice is delayed, you may be charged the rent for that amount.
On the day of moving out, our staff will also be present to return the keys and check the equipment.
